Assembly Elections 2023: The dates for the assembly elections to be held in five states were announced by the Election Commission on Monday (9 October). After the dates of assembly elections in Rajasthan, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram were revealed, an opinion poll conducted by C-Voter for ABP News was released.

According to this opinion poll, Congress may face a setback in Rajasthan. Here BJP seems to be getting majority. Whereas in Chhattisgarh, Congress seems to be returning to power. Also, Congress can emerge as the largest party in Madhya Pradesh, but it has a tough competition with BJP.

The power in Telangana may go from BRS to Congress. Apart from this, no one seems to be getting majority in Mizoram. In such a situation, the ruling party Mizo National Front may face a setback, because the key to power will be with other parties.

Whose government will be formed in Rajasthan?
According to the opinion poll conducted regarding Rajasthan Assembly elections, Congress can get 59 to 69 seats out of 200 seats in the state. Whereas BJP is expected to get 127 to 137 seats. Apart from this, others can get 2 to 6 seats.

According to opinion poll, Congress may get 42 percent votes. Whereas BJP is estimated to get 47 percent votes. Also, 11 percent of votes can go to others’ account. To form the government in Rajasthan, any party needs 101 seats. At present there is a Congress government in the state under the leadership of Ashok Gehlot.

Who will get how many seats in Madhya Pradesh?
In the opinion poll, out of total 230 seats in Madhya Pradesh, Congress is expected to get 113 to 125 seats. Whereas BJP can get 104 to 116 seats. Also, former Chief Minister Mayawati’s Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) can win 0 to 2 seats. Apart from this, 0 to 3 seats can go to others’ account. 116 seats are required to form the government in the state.

Talking about vote percentage, Congress and BJP can get 45-45 percent votes in Madhya Pradesh. Whereas BSP may get 2 percent votes. Apart from this, 8 percent votes can go to others’ account. At present there is a BJP government in the state under the leadership of Shivraj Singh Chauhan.

Who will get majority in Chhattisgarh?
In Chhattisgarh, Congress seems to be touching the magical figure of majority. Out of 90 seats in the state, Congress may get 45 to 51. The opinion poll has predicted that BJP will get 39 to 45 seats. Others may get 0 to 2 seats.

Congress can get 45 percent votes in Chhattisgarh. Whereas BJP can get 44 percent votes. Apart from this, others may get 11 percent votes. There is a Congress government in the state under the leadership of Bhupesh Baghale.

Will they have a tough fight in Telangana?
According to the opinion poll, out of 119 seats in Telangana, Congress may get 48 to 60 seats. Whereas Chief Minister KCR’s Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) can get 43 to 55 seats. BJP is predicted to get 5 to 11 seats. Apart from this, other parties can also win 5 to 11 seats.

Congress may get 39 percent votes. Whereas BRS may get 38 percent votes and BJP may get 16 percent votes. Whereas 7 percent votes can go to others’ account. Let us tell you that there is BRS government in the state. For majority, a party will need 60 seats.

Who will take power in Mizoram?
No one seems to be getting majority in Mizoram. Mizo National Front (MNF) may get 13 to 17 seats. Whereas Congress can get 10 to 14 seats. Zoram People’s Movement (ZPM) can win 9 to 13 seats. Apart from this, 1 to 3 other seats can be won.

MNF can get 31 percent votes in the state. Congress is estimated to get 28 percent votes. Whereas ZPM may get 27 percent votes and others may get 14 percent votes.

Election dates have been announced in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Mizoram. C Voter has done an opinion poll for abp news. About 90 thousand people have been talked to in this. The survey was conducted between September 1 and October 8. The margin of error in the survey is plus minus 3 to plus minus 5 percent.

Election results will come on December 3
The Election Commission said on Monday that voting will be held on November 17 in Madhya Pradesh, November 23 in Rajasthan, November 30 in Telangana and November 7 in Mizoram. Whereas in Chhattisgarh, voting will be held in two phases on 7th and 17th November. The results of the elections held in these five states will come on December 3.

With the announcement of the dates the election bugle has been sounded. Many parties including Congress, BJP and Telangana CM KCR’s Bharat Rashtra Samithi have started claiming their respective victories.
