Search operation will continue in some areas

ADGP Vijay Kumar spoke to the media on Tuesday regarding the Anantnag operation. He told, ‘The search operation is going to continue because many areas are left. We appeal to people not to go to those areas. We had information about two to three terrorists. He further said, ‘There is a possibility that we may also find the third body somewhere. For this reason we are going to continue the search operation.

Vijay Kumar said, ‘We have found the body of the Lashkar-e-Taiba commander and have taken him into our custody. We may find more bodies, that is why the search is on for the third body. Actually, the encounter which has been going on for a week has now ended. Information was received about terrorists hiding in Anantnag Kokernam area of ​​South Kashmir, after which army personnel and Jammu and Kashmir Police reached here.
