On the news of closeness with NDA, Nitish Kumar said, “You know that we united the opposition alliance. We don’t know who says what.” However, when he was questioned about not attending Devi Lal’s birth anniversary celebrations, Nitish reacted as if he did not know anything. However, on this Minister Vijay Chaudhary said that there is a program in Haryana today. After this Nitish said that it does not matter to us who says what, we are working in every way.
Opposition’s show of strength to be held in Kaithal, Haryana
Actually, Indian National Lok Dal has organized a big rally in Kaithal on the birth anniversary of Chaudhary Devi Lal. Invitations have been sent to all the opposition leaders to participate in this. Apart from Tejashwi Yadav, Farooq Abdullah, Uddhav Thackeray, Akhilesh Yadav, Sitaram Yechury, former Governor Satyapal Malik, other leaders are also said to be participating in this rally of INLD. This is being seen as a show of strength by the opposition in Haryana.
Nitish was also to participate in this program. But Nitish Kumar is not attending the program. He came to Patna to participate in the program organized on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. JDU has also reacted to this step of Nitish. JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar said that Nitish Kumar respects his ancestors. The interesting thing is that Nitish Kumar has also called a cabinet meeting today whereas in Bihar, cabinet meeting is usually held on Tuesday.
Pandit Deendayal was the leader of Jan Sangh
Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay was the leader of Bharatiya Jan Sangh from 1953 to 1968. Since the inception of BJP, he has been its ideological guide and source of moral inspiration. BJP has been organizing programs on a large scale every year on his birth anniversary. Many schemes are run in the name of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay in BJP ruled states.
