In Noida, a divorced couple committed suicide by consuming sulfas. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot, took possession of the body, sent it for post-mortem and started investigating the case. Police have also found a suicide note, which is being investigated. This incident took place in Sector 122 of Police Station Sector 113 area.
It is being told that Tarun and Sarita got divorced some time ago. Tarun was an engineer by profession and Sarita was a nurse in a private hospital. Police also found poisonous substances and a suicide note from the room. In which it is written that I am upset, could not make anyone happy. Some names have also been mentioned in the suicide note, about which it has been written that they should be taken care of.
Divorced couple commits suicide by consuming poison
During investigation, the police came to know that Tarun and Sarita were married in 2018. Both of them got divorced in 2021. After this he was hiding from his family and was living in Noida Sector 112. Police said the couple had purchased three sulfa pills on Monday for suicide.
First Tarun fulfilled Sarita’s demand and then both of them consumed alcohol. His bank account numbers were written in the suicide note. It is also written about correcting mistakes. Reading the suicide note, it seems that Tarun’s family was pressurizing him for marriage.
After divorce the couple was living together hiding from the family
On this matter, ADCP Shakti Awasthi said that Tarun’s family told that he was not picking up the phone, after which on going to his room in Sector 112, it was seen that Tarun and his divorced wife Sarita were lying dead. The bodies were sent for post-mortem. Poisonous substances and suicide note have also been found from the spot, currently necessary action is being taken.
