Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has distanced himself from the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) program to be held in Kaithal, Haryana today. INLD is organizing this program on the birth anniversary of former Deputy Chief Minister Tau Devi Lal, in which leaders of the opposition INDIA alliance are also attending.

Now instead of going to this program, Nitish Kumar has decided to go to the birth anniversary celebration of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay which is being organized in Patna. This step of Nitish is being linked to politics and many meanings are being inferred from it.

Nitish called cabinet today itself

JDU has also reacted to this move of Nitish. JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar said that Nitish Kumar respects his ancestors. The interesting thing is that Nitish Kumar has also called a cabinet meeting today whereas in Bihar, cabinet meeting is usually held on Tuesday. Earlier, Nitish Kumar had reached JDU office yesterday where he met the workers and then from here he went to Rabri Devi’s residence.

Let us tell you that Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay was the leader of Bharatiya Jana Sangh from 1953 to 1968. Since the inception of BJP, he has been its ideological guide and source of moral inspiration. BJP has been organizing programs on a large scale every year on his birth anniversary. Many schemes are run in the name of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay in BJP ruled states.

Opposition’s show of strength in Kaithal today

Nitish Kumar was also to participate in the Indian National Lok Dal rally being held in Kaithal today. It was being said that Nitish Kumar wants to include INLD in INDIA alliance. Apart from Tejashwi Yadav, Farooq Abdullah, Uddhav Thackeray, Akhilesh Yadav, Sitaram Yechury, former Governor Satyapal Malik, other leaders are also said to be participating in this rally of INLD.
