A 27 year old young actor managed to get ahead of everyone because of his talent. In the last two years, he has been in supporting roles in most of the blockbuster films.

Jafar Sadiq of Tamil Nadu got a chance to act in some big films after Covid. The actor’s last three films have been Vikram, Jailer and Jawan. All three were massive blockbusters. His films have collected a total of more than Rs 1900 crore. This is much more than any other actor. Shahrukh Khan is in the position next to him while the likes of Jr. NTR, Ram Charan (both RRR), Yash (KGF Chapter 2), and Rajnikanth (Jailer) are left a little behind.
Who is Jafar Sadiq?
Born in 1995, Jafar Sadiq is a dancer and choreographer turned actor who became popular by playing gangster and villain roles. The 4 feet 8 inches tall actor was first known for his role in the Tamil series ‘Paava Kadhaigal’ in 2020. In 2022, he started his film career with Kamal Haasan-starrer Vikram. In this film, he played the role of henchman of Vijay Sethupathi’s character. The film earned Rs 414 crore. After this, Sadiq did important roles in Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu and web series Shaitan. In 2023, he appeared in supporting roles in Rajinikanth’s Jailer and Shahrukh Khan’s Jawan.

Jafar Sadiq’s excellent box office performance may continue like this in future too. Because he is also going to be seen in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Vijay-starrer Leo. In 2024, the actor will be seen in Suriya’s untitled project as well as Paradise Circus.
