Jayant Chaudhary Able To Pass Only One Test With RLD BJP Alliance Distance From Akhilesh Yadav Is Necessary
UP News: When former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh’s grandson’s first reaction after receiving the Bharat Ratna came to light, all the speculations were put to an end. After this, RLD Chief Jayant Chaudhary completed the remaining work in front of the media. In an emotional statement on the alliance, it was considered necessary to distance itself from the opposition and go with the BJP. However, his compulsion to do so is understandable and the history of his own party gives proof of this.
In fact, if we look at the Lok Sabha elections since the alliance with RLD and the performance of Jayat Choudhary’s party, then their helplessness is clearly understood. The first election after the formation of RLD was held in 1999, in this election the party had fielded its candidates on seven seats but it got only two seats. The party had captured Kairana and Baghpat seats. But in 2004, RLD contested the elections in alliance with Samajwadi Party.

Jayant Chaudhary had passed this test
RLD gained one seat from the alliance with SP. The party won 3 seats in this election. But this alliance could not last long. RLD fought the 2009 Lok Sabha elections in alliance with BJP and this election was the best for RLD in its history. The party fielded candidates on seven seats and won five. Jayant Chaudhary was able to pass this test only once.
However, RLD’s alliance with BJP also did not last long. Then RLD fought the 2014 elections in alliance with Congress. The party’s performance in this election was the worst in all previous elections. RLD had fielded candidates on eight seats but all lost due to ‘Modi magic’. After this, Jayant Chaudhary contested the 2019 Lok Sabha elections with the BSP and SP alliance. In this election, candidates were fielded on 3 seats and then all of them lost.
That is, if we look at the results of the last five elections, then BJP’s compulsion for Jayant Chaudhary is understandable. On the other hand, to go with BJP, Jayant Chaudhary’s distance from Akhilesh Yadav is necessary. Not only this, Jayant Chaudhary has been able to pass the only test in the alliance with BJP. If seen, it seems necessary for him to join hands with BJP.
