The bullies beat up a Dalit woman badly for not repaying the borrowed money. It is alleged that Pramod Singh of the village, along with his associates, stripped the Mahadalit woman and beat her severely. The victim has also accused Dabang’s son of urinating on her. The injured woman is undergoing treatment at Khusrupur PHC. The incident happened late Saturday night.

According to the victim woman, Rs 1500 was taken on interest from the accused. Interest and principal amount also returned. Even after this, it was being said that more money was outstanding. If the money was not paid, they were being threatened to be paraded naked in the village. Meanwhile, late on Saturday night, Dabang along with his son and his associates forcibly took her to their home. There he was stripped and beaten badly with sticks. After this he asked his son to urinate. The victim said that somehow she ran away to save her life.

Police started investigating the case

Khusrupur police station incharge Siyaram Yadav said that a case has been registered on the complaint of the victim. Raids are being conducted to arrest the accused. At present the victim is undergoing treatment in the hospital. Siyaram Yadav said that the whole matter is about money. The woman’s allegations are being investigated.
