While Karun Nair scored 107 runs in 42 balls with the help of seven fours and nine sixes, Samarth scored 80 runs in 50 balls with the help of 10 fours and two sixes. S. Karthik scored 41 off 23 balls with the help of two fours and three sixes, Manoj scored 18 off 5 balls.

In reply, Gulbarga got only support from McNeil Headley Noronha and Abul Hasan Khalid. Noronha scored 61 off 34 balls and Khalid scored 54 off 29 balls with the help of five sixes. Although his innings did not work for the team and he had to face defeat by 36 runs.
