On the day of Vishwakarma Puja, all types of tools and equipment used in work should be cleaned. After bathing, one should wear clean clothes and install the picture of Lord Vishwakarma and worship him properly. For this, sweets, fruits, flowers, Akshat, Panchmeva and Panchamrit should be offered. Prasad should be distributed after Aarti.
