Vishwakarma Puja will be celebrated on Sunday, September 17, on the day of Kanya Sankranti. On this day, Lord Vishwakarma can be worshiped throughout the day but the auspicious time of worship is from 7.50 am in the morning to 12.26 pm. Vishwakarma Jayanti Puja Method
On the day of Vishwakarma Puja, all types of tools and equipment used in work should be cleaned. After bathing, one should wear clean clothes and install the picture of Lord Vishwakarma and worship him properly. For this, sweets, fruits, flowers, Akshat, Panchmeva and Panchamrit should be offered. Prasad should be distributed after Aarti.

It is believed that all the famous cities of ancient times were built by Lord Vishwakarma. He has even created cities like Lanka, Dwarka from heaven as well as Lord Shankar’s trident, Lord Hanuman’s mace, Yamraj’s Kaladanda, Karna’s earrings and armor.
