Weather Update Today: After rain in many states across the country, the weather remains pleasant at this time. There are some states where rain has become a cause of trouble for the people. After heavy rains in more than 20 districts of Madhya Pradesh, the situation in the state has gone out of control. The Meteorological Department in Gujarat has issued a red alert for rain on September 18. There is a possibility of heavy rain in the state on September 19 also, due to which people have been advised to stay safe.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of cloudy sky throughout the day in Delhi-NCR on Monday (September 18) and light to moderate rain in many areas. If we talk about temperature, the maximum temperature is expected to be 33 degrees and the minimum temperature is expected to be 25 degrees. There is a possibility of heavy rain in Uttarakhand, Jammu Division, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and other states including the capital Delhi today i.e. on September 18.

Red alert issued for rain in MP and Gujarat

Heavy rains in more than 20 districts of Madhya Pradesh have become a cause of trouble for the people. The water level of Kshipra river is continuously increasing in Ujjain. Not only this, due to heavy rains many areas have been flooded. People are facing problems after rain water enters their homes and shops. Along with this, red alert for rain has also been issued in MP and Gujarat today.

Even in UP, the weather patterns have changed after the rains. According to the Meteorological Department, there are chances of torrential rain in North UP today i.e. on 18th September. Apart from this, there is a possibility of heavy rain in Uttarakhand, Jammu Division, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana. Also, heavy rains are expected in Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Assam, Meghalaya till September 21.
